INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup milk
- Whipped cream and extra chopped candy bars for garnish
- ½ cup chopped toffee candy bar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt the butter in a tiny saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Keep stirring occasionally until the butter turns golden brown and smells nutty.
- Take down from the heat. Stop the cooking, and Pour into a bowl. Leave any burned material behind and allow it to cool down.
- Place the vanilla ice cream, milk, toffee, and cooled brown butter in a blender and mix them all together. Mix until it’s smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and if you want, top with whipped cream and candy. Serve immediately
