INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
- 1 cup frozen strawberry
- 1 cup frozen blueberry
- ¾ cup frozen banana
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the milk and maple syrup in the high-power blender.
- Then, place the blueberries, strawberries, and banana pieces in the blender. Add seeds or nut butter.
- Blend the items together for one to two minutes or until everything is smooth and creamy.
- Put the smoothie into the glass. Decorate with blueberries and strawberry slices.
